How to Cancel Your Order If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so the sooner you reach out, the better we can assist you.
Contact Us: Send an email to contact@cookinghavenstore.com with your order number and a request to cancel. Our customer support team will review your request and process the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
Order Status: If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can return the product once it arrives (please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details).
Cancellation Window To ensure we can process your request, please notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the item may already be in transit or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Process After Cancellation If your order is canceled before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process. However, it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Order Already Shipped? If the order has already been shipped, you can return the item after delivery. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed based on the product’s condition.
