Refund Process

Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Refunds are processed promptly, and we strive to ensure that your experience is hassle-free. If you paid via credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you used other payment methods such as PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take great care in packaging and shipping your products, but if something does happen during transit, we are committed to making it right.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Exchanges Policy
